Each week we set up in a Brisbane suburb area — often near a park or similar public spot. Submit a request with your suburb; if we accept, we email the time window. When the van is on a public stop, a live GPS pin appears on the map at botrescue.com.au/repair. You bring the robot and any parts you already bought. This is usually lower cost and higher trust than mail-in, and more efficient than door-to-door house calls because we stay put for a booked window.
Mail-in is last resort when you cannot meet the mobile workshop. Submit a request first. If we accept, you ship the robot body (not the dock unless asked) to our Brisbane address and you pay postage both ways. We quote the repair after intake; round-trip postage plus parts can approach the cost of a new unit, so DIY, spare parts, and Brisbane meetups are preferred when practical.
For mail-in, you do — both to Brisbane and the return trip. Courier costs are not included in the repair quote. Brisbane meetup customers bring the robot themselves, so there is no courier.
