Hands-on repair
Brisbane meetup first.
Mail-in only if you must.
Tryfree diagnosisandDIY guidesfirst. When you need the bench, locals can meet ourmobile workshop— bring the robot and any parts. Rest of Australia can still mail in (postage both ways).

1. DIY + parts
Free diagnosis and guides. Order spares when the job is safe at home.
2. Brisbane mobile workshop
Weekly rotating suburb stop. You bring the machine — more trust, no round-trip postage, no house call wait.
3. Mail-in (last resort)
Australia-wide when you cannot meet us. You pay postage both ways; ship the body only unless we ask for the dock.
Live mobile workshop map
GPS updates when the van is on a public stop.
Exact pin is shown only while broadcasting. Book via the form — we’ll confirm the meetup window by email.
Mobile workshop
We run a mobile workshop that moves around Brisbane each week. After we confirm by email, you bring your robot (and any parts you have) to that week’s stop — typically a public meeting spot such as near a park. When the van is on a public stop, its live GPS pin appears on the repair-page map; we can hide the pin when travelling or off-duty.
Mobile meetup beats mail-in on trust and postage, and beats door-to-door on travel time — we stay put for a window; you drive in if you are nearby.

Mail-in packing
You arrange and pay postage both ways (to Brisbane and back). We do not include courier costs in the repair quote.
Ship the robot body only unless we ask for the dock or tank. Larger docks make postage expensive — try DIY parts first.
Mail-in address
Only ship after we accept your mail-in request and confirm the label details.
