We run a mobile workshop that moves around Brisbane each week. After we confirm by email (usually within a few hours), you bring your robot (and any parts you have) to that week’s stop — typically a public meeting spot such as near a park. Exact pin is emailed after booking. When we are on a public stop and choose to broadcast, a live GPS pin can appear on the repair-page map; if the map is quiet, rely on the emailed window — we hide the pin when travelling or off-duty.
Mobile meetup beats mail-in on trust and postage, and beats door-to-door on travel time — we stay put for a window; you drive in if you are nearby.

Roborock Support: clear hair and debris from the main brush, both installation slots, and either end of the brush, then retry with Carpet mode.
Bench note: most Error 5 units leave after a brush clean the same day. Recurring jam after a clean brush usually needs motor/gearbox — quote before open.

ECOVACS Support: confirm dock power and robot power switch, clean station charging poles and robot contact pads, then re-dock until the AUTO light shows charging.
Bench note: oxidised pads fix many “dead battery” tickets in one meetup window. Persistent no-charge after clean contacts → battery/dock assessment, not a blind pack swap.

Maytronics Dolphin
Maytronics AU: hose-clean clogged filters, clear impeller debris (power unplugged), check water chemistry and cable slack — clogged filters often kill climbing thrust.
Bench note: filter + impeller clears restore climb for a large share of Brisbane pool robots. Still flat after that → drive/track or motor bench work.

Brand guidance across Dreame Ultra lines: wash and fully dry the filter, clear dustbin and ducts, then retest suction before assuming a fan fault.
Bench note: damp washable filters look like sealed fan failures. Dry overnight, then retest — fan module only if suction stays dead with a dry clear airway.
