2. Brisbane mobile workshop
Weekly rotating suburb stop. You bring the machine — more trust, no round-trip postage, no house call wait. Paid work includes a 30-day workmanship warranty on paid repairs.
3. Mail-in (last resort)
Queensland-wide when you cannot meet us. You pay postage both ways; ship the body only unless we ask for the dock. Paid work includes a 30-day workmanship warranty on paid repairs.

Mobile workshop
We run a mobile workshop that moves around Brisbane each week. After we confirm by email (usually within a few hours), you bring your robot (and any parts you have) to that week’s stop — typically a public meeting spot such as near a park. Exact pin is emailed after booking. When we are on a public stop and choose to broadcast, a live GPS pin can appear on the repair-page map; if the map is quiet, rely on the emailed window — we hide the pin when travelling or off-duty.
Mobile meetup beats mail-in on trust and postage, and beats door-to-door on travel time — we stay put for a window; you drive in if you are nearby.
