What does Mopping Pad Plates mean?
DEEBOT Omni alerts that mopping pad plates are not fully installed (not properly seated) or are entangled with debris. A clear click on reinstall plus a restart usually clears the alert.
How do I fix Mopping Pad Plates?
Power off and flip the robot. Remove mop cloths, clear hair/string from the plates and mounts, wipe plate connectors dry, then press both plates in until you hear a click. Restart the robot. If the mopping pad plate is still not properly installed after a clean click-fit, request plate-drive repair.
