What you need
- Soft cloth
Do this
- Power off. Flip the robot. Remove mop cloths and inspect plates for hair/string.
- Clean debris from the plates and mounts.
- Reinstall plates pressing with both hands until you hear a click, then restart the robot.
- If the alert persists after a clean click-fit, contact ECOVACS / request plate-drive repair.
