Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the fault returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Soft cloth
- Garden hose
Do this
- Submerge fully (~3 ft) before powering on. Restart PSU as above (unplug / swap outlet / reconnect blue cable).
- Clear impeller debris. On Power Stream models, also clear the plastic cover and side grilles.
- Inspect tracks and brushes. If PSU turns off when the robot stops, follow PSU troubleshooting / request repair.
