Quick answers

What is wrong?

Automower reports No loop signal — the station or mower cannot complete/detect the boundary loop signal.

What you might notice

  • No loop signal in app/display
  • Charging station LED flashing blue or yellow

Can I fix this myself?

Usually yes for cleaning/checking. Difficulty: medium · about 30-90 min. If unsafe or unresolved, use mail-in repair / authorised service.

What you need

  • Wire strippers
  • Original waterproof coupler

Do this

    • Check station LED: flashing blue = incomplete boundary loop (break/poor connection); solid green = station OK but mower cannot hear signal; flashing yellow = guide-wire issue (models that use a guide wire).
    • Reseat boundary (and guide) wire ends fully in the station; clean contacts. Confirm transformer is powered; reset breaker by unplugging transformer 10 seconds then reconnecting.
    • If blue flash persists, locate and repair the wire break with an original waterproof coupler (Husqvarna method: bisect loop / use temporary test wire).
    • Keep work area within signal range (~35 m typical; Aspire R4 ~15 m). Move wire away from metal fences/rebar interference.
    • If unresolved, contact a Husqvarna dealer / request repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Boundary/guide wire
  • Waterproof coupler
