Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/checking. Difficulty: easy · about 10-30 min. If unsafe or unresolved, use mail-in repair / authorised service.
What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Move the mower clear of furniture/obstacles; remove narrow-passage traps; keep grass within model max height; clear grass chunks from the blade area.
- Stuck in station: remove objects blocking exit. Charging station blocked: clear docking path, level the station base, clean oxidation on contact plates/strips, check power cable.
- For wire installs: ensure ~2 m straight guide approach; reseat guide connectors under the station.
- If docking still fails, request dealer service / repair.
