Quick answers

What is wrong?

Dock LED stays steady red — official Ultra troubleshooting: dustbin/bag seating, voltage, clean/dirty tank placement, and water filter click-lock.

What you might notice

  • Dock LED steady red
  • App dock error
  • Wash/empty interrupted

Can I fix this myself?

Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: medium · about 15-30 min. If unsure or it returns after parts cleaning, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Clean water
  • Soft dry cloth

Do this

    • Confirm the dustbin or disposable dust bag is fully seated and the dust container cover is closed.
    • Check clean-water tank: filled and locked in place. Check dirty-water tank: emptied and locked.
    • Unlock and remove the dock water filter from the cleaning tank. Unlock the filter latch, rinse the filter, wipe the cleaning tank with a soft dry cloth.
    • Reinstall the filter and press down until it locks with a click.
    • Confirm local voltage matches the dock label. Power-cycle the dock.
    • If the LED stays red with tanks/bag/filter correct, request dock sensor/electronics repair.
