Quick answers

What is wrong?

Landroid reports Wire missing / Outside working area — it cannot find a valid boundary signal.

What you might notice

  • Wire missing! Press START
  • Outside working area
  • Red LED on charging base

Can I fix this myself?

Usually yes for cleaning/checking. Difficulty: medium · about 20-60 min. If unsafe or unresolved, use mail-in repair / authorised service.

What you need

  • Spare boundary wire for test loop
  • Wire strippers

Do this

    • If the mower is outside the territory: power off, move it inside, power on, press START.
    • Confirm charging-base LED is solid green. If off: check outlet, charger, and cable. If red: reseat boundary wire in clamps; reverse AL/AR ends if clamped incorrectly.
    • If LED flashes green: confirm clamps and inspect for a cut wire.
    • Optional test: make a ~3 m (10 ft) temporary loop into the base clamps; if the error clears inside the test loop, repair the installed boundary wire.
    • If unresolved, contact Worx support / request repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)
