Quick answers

What is wrong?

Weak pickup or dust falling out after brushes are clear. Official maintain FAQ: empty dustbin, clean/replace filter, dry thoroughly before reuse. Recurring fan faults are mail-in.

What you might notice

  • Weak suction
  • Dust falling out of the robot
  • Filter damp or clogged

Can I fix this myself?

Triage only — hard. About 15 min + full filter drying. If the fault returns after cleaning, use mail-in repair rather than opening sealed modules.

What you need

  • Clean water
  • Soft cloth

Do this

    • Power off. Empty the dustbin. Remove and rinse the washable filter; tap out dirt.
    • Allow the filter to dry completely before reuse (a damp filter hurts suction and can cause noise).
    • Reinstall dry filter and latched dustbin. Confirm main brush is clean and free.
    • Retry a short clean. If weak suction continues with a dry clean filter, stop DIY and request fan/module mail-in repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Washable filter
  • Vacuum fan module (service)
