Quick answers

What is wrong?

Hair or debris catches a drive wheel so the robot struggles to move or reports a wheel error.

What you might notice

  • Wheel / drive-wheel alert
  • Struggles to move or turns oddly
  • Wheel does not spring back

Can I fix this myself?

Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: easy · about 5-15 min. If unsure or it returns, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Soft cloth
  • Cleaning tool or tweezers

Do this

    • Power off and flip the robot.
    • Clear hair/debris from both main wheels and axles. Press each wheel down — it should spring back; spin by hand.
    • Clean the front caster / omnidirectional wheel the same way.
    • Place on a clear dry floor and restart. If the alert returns, request wheel-module repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Drive wheel assembly (service)
