What you need
- Included cleaning tool or scissors
- Soft cloth
Do this
- Power off. Press brush-guard clips inwards, remove the guard, lift out the main brush.
- Pull off end covers/caps. Remove tangled hair from brush and ends (do not tear bristles).
- Clear the brush bay. Reinstall brush, click guard firmly, spin by hand to confirm free turn.
- Run a short clean. If the jam returns with a clean free brush, request brush-motor repair.
