Can I fix this myself?
Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: medium · about 20-40 min. If unsure or it returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Tissue / soft cloth
- Cleaning brush (optional)
Do this
- If the station indicator is flashing, disconnect power, reconnect, then continue troubleshooting.
- Remove the dirty-water tank. Clean sealing plugs and confirm they are installed. Open the tank lid; clean the sealing ring; close firmly.
- Reseat the tank and press it down. Use Exit/Return (or app) to test whether dirty water recycles.
- If it still will not recycle: remove the robot, check the cleaning-sink suction nozzle for debris and clear it.
- If the sink is empty but still alerts full: wipe water-level sensors on both sides of the sink with tissue.
- Optional self-clean: hold station controls to flood/scrub/drain per your model FAQ, then empty the dirty-water tank.
- If pumping still fails with clean seals and clear nozzle, request station pump/sensor repair.
