Quick answers

What is wrong?

Mop pads stay dirty after wash, or mop module stops rotating.

What you might notice

  • Mops remain dirty after washing
  • Mop module not rotating
  • Mopping module error

Can I fix this myself?

Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the error returns, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Soft dry cloth

Do this

    • Use official Narwal mop pads. Clear tangles around the mop module, reinstall, and restart.
    • If pads are worn (typical life ~1–3 months) or friction is high, replace pads; try adjusting mop humidity.
    • Enable Freo Mode so DirtSense can rewash when needed; or set wash frequency in the app.
    • For complete no-rotation: remove/reinstall mopping module, power off/on, retry mopping. If it persists, request repair.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Official Narwal mop pads
