Quick answers

What is wrong?

Robot will not charge — dock unpowered, poor contact, or dirty charging contacts (Qrevo Edge CE EN manual Common Issues).

What you might notice

  • Power indicator does not show charging
  • Dock status light off
  • Robot dies quickly after undocking

Can I fix this myself?

Often yes with careful cleaning. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or it returns after parts cleaning, use mail-in repair.

What you need

  • Soft dry cloth

Do this

    • Confirm the dock is connected to power and both ends of the power cord are seated.
    • Clean the charging contacts on the dock and the robot with a soft, dry cloth.
    • Check that the dock status indicator light behaviour matches the manual (on when powered; off while the robot is charging is normal on this dock).
    • Place the robot squarely on the dock so contacts meet.
    • If still not charging after clean contacts and known-good outlet, request service.

Parts (only if cleaning fails)

  • Dock power cord
  • Dock (service)
