Faults & fixes

Error 1: Top laser sensor (LDS) not spinningmedium

Error 1 — LiDAR turret jammed, blocked, or not spinning so the robot cannot map. Cleaning is DIY; a tower that still will not spin after freeing usually needs an LDS module service.

Error 5: Main brush jammed (underside roller)easy

Error 5 — hair or debris wrapping the main brush, ends, or installation slots. Recurring Error 5 after a thorough clean often means a failed brush motor or gearbox.

Error 13: Charging faultmedium

Error 13 — charging path fault. Usually dirty contacts, loose dock power cable, or a failing dock supply. Official Qrevo Edge Series troubleshooting applies.

Error 9: Filter magnet missingeasy

Error 9 — the washable filter magnet is missing or not detected. Replace the filter if the magnet is gone.

Unable to charge on the dockeasy

Robot will not charge — dock unpowered, poor contact, or dirty charging contacts (Qrevo Edge CE EN manual Common Issues).

Unable to return to dockeasy

Robot cannot find or reach the dock — obstacles near the dock, dock too far, or starting far from the dock (manual Common Issues).

Dock status indicator light is steady redmedium

Steady red dock status light — voltage mismatch, water tank seating, or cleaning tray/filter not installed correctly (Qrevo Edge manual).

Unable to auto-empty dustbin at the dockmedium

Auto-empty does not run — disabled in app, missing dust cover/bag, DND, manual dock placement, low battery, or blocked air path (Qrevo Edge manual).

Unable to wash the mop cloths at the dockmedium

Mop wash will not start — mop not used that job, robot not started from dock, water tanks empty/unseated, or cleaning tray/filter missing (Qrevo Edge manual).
