Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the fault returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Soft cloth
- Garden hose
Do this
- Select wall / full-pool cleaning mode in the app.
- Clean the filtration system; remove cotton foam if used. Calibrate gyro in the app.
- Install floating parts if the unit is too heavy for walls (tiled pools often need float blocks on C1).
- Update firmware. If still failing, request repair.
