What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Confirm the Station shows a steady light and power is connected.
- Keep the area free of water/grease; place on a non-slippery, non-carpet surface with manual clearance.
- Remove the cleaning tray and clear entangled objects; reinstall the tray firmly.
- If still failing, check IR signal lights on the station with an Android camera (per eufy guidance) and request repair.
