Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for cleaning/clearing. Difficulty: easy · about 10-20 min. If unsure or the error returns, use mail-in repair.
What you need
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Confirm the Omni Station shows a steady white indicator and the power cord is fully seated in the station and a working outlet.
- Clean robot charging contacts, station charging prongs, and signal transmitter/receiver lenses.
- If unresponsive, press the Reset button with a pin, then restart.
- Avoid charging below 4°C or above 45°C; warm/cool the robot into the allowed range first.
- If it still fails, request repair.
