Can I fix this myself?

What you need
- Soft dry cloth
- Official charger only
Do this
- Power the robot down per the Unitree quick-start / user guide before removing the battery pack.
- Inspect charge contacts and the pack latch for dirt, bent pins, or poor seating; wipe with a soft dry cloth only.
- Use only the official Unitree charger and cable for your model (R1 / G1 / H-series packs are not interchangeable).
- Try a known-good spare pack if you have one. If the fault persists, stop deep disassembly and request assessment or mail-in repair — high-voltage packs are not DIY cell work.
