What you might notice
- No power

Can I fix this myself?
Usually yes for the checks below. Difficulty: easy · about 5-15 min. If unsafe or unresolved, use meetup / mail-in repair.
What you need
- Official pack
- Soft dry cloth
Do this
- Confirm the quick-release pack is fully seated. Wipe pack and body contacts with a soft dry cloth.
- With pack installed, short-press then long-press the power button (>2 s) as for Unitree smart packs.
- If the pack only runs while forced and dies when removed mid-boot, reseat firmly — Unitree packs include load/seat protections.
- Try a known-good charged pack if available. Persistent no-power → meetup/mail-in assessment.
