What you need
- Dry clean soft cloth
Do this
- Power down. Wipe camera windows with a dry clean soft cloth — no solvents.
- Remove stickers, mounts, or cables blocking the camera field of view.
- Reboot and re-test in a well-lit uncluttered space.
- If hardware still faults after cleaning, book assessment (AU parts for cameras may require Unitree channel).
